HOW CAN YOU SHARE YOUR TALENTS AND/OR TIME?
Attend Band Booster Meetings
Stay informed and have a voice in the decision-making process. Monthly meetings are the third Monday of each month at 7pm in the Band Room unless stated otherwise, excluding June and December.
Become a Band Booster Board Member
Check in at the end of the school year if any board positions become available.
Chaperone or Volunteer
Ideally we need every parent to volunteer at a minimum of 3 band events. Watch for SignUp Genius emails for opportunities throughout the year.Fundraising
Help plan one of our fundraisers, volunteer, or participate. We have two large fall fundraisers, Tag Day (9/13) and the Showcase of Bands (9/20), that require a great deal of parent support, and hope to host an AIA (indoor percussion and winter guard) Competition in the late Winter/early Spring. We will sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets and donuts at every home game and at the Showcase of Bands. We also participate in Spirit Nights at restaurants throughout the year.Historian/Publicity

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they have the heart.”
Football Game
We are seeking volunteers to help with the 50/50 raffle, donut sales, and the pit crew. The TMB performs at ALL home games and is on stand-by for playoff games.
Competition Days
We are seeking chaperones and pit crew volunteers to help with competitions. You do not need to come to every competition (although we’d love that),but those who do volunteer will get free entry into competitions and of course, you’ll have our gratitude!
